Brazil, historically, has been a major producer and supplier of mineral commodities. With its large territory, diversified geologic environment and mining tradition, Brazil has the basis for mineral exploration. These attributes, together with the available infrastructure, political and economic stability, make the country an adequate place for successful investments associated to the mining sector.
This Seminar will bring data and information showing that Brazil is one of the most suitable countries for mineral exploration and mine development. Ranked among the top countries in terms of mineral production, Brazil has large open territorial area and geologic environments suitable for new deposit discoveries.
Seminar outline:
Brazilian Federal Government Authorities will introduce the priorities for the mining sector and the new framework of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. Recent Successful Cases in Mineral Exploration and Mining Development in Brazil: This presentation will focus on recent exploration achievements and mining developments in Brazil, including different global players, mid-cap and junior companies. Representatives of those companies will review the discovery and development of significant deposits as well as present their views on the potential for new discoveries of world-class deposits.
